BILLING POLICIES

  • I bill for for all time devoted to the project including creating samples, revisions and final site creation. This includes administrative time such as communications and interacting with your hosting, domain services, other third party services.

  • All estimates are considered general estimates and not fixed quotes or guaranteed prices. All estimates will reflect a general range. The project may be re-estimated if it's determined that the project has changed dramatically from the initial concept or job order. We will discuss along the way alterations to the estimate.

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made. Cash, Checks and Paypal accepted. Invoicing from Paypal will allow you to pay with a credit card without a Paypal account.

  • Billing Periods - I bill at 10 hour increments or any hours accumulated on an open project every 30 days. For regular clients we can put together a customized payment schedule.

  • All jobs are billed on a prorated hour (15 minute increments) including future maintenace.

  • A deposit may be required depending on the size of the job.

  • I will report my hours from time to time to let you know where we stand.

  • Rush or Deluxe hours invoicing - A payment is due immediately for all or a portion of the time spent on the job depending on arrangments that have been agreed upon.

RATES

WEB DESIGN, MAINTENANCE, PRINT DESIGN at $42 per hour. I clock honest, unpadded hours. Get a great, small to medium size site between $199 - $499.

Prorated hour for maintenance billed at 15 minute minimum . Your bonus here is that I don't charge an industry standard, full hour for every editing occurance. Call for details.

RUSH DELUXE HOURS: Do you need it IMMEDIATELY (as in deadline or yesterday)? I will do exclusive, premium hours dedicating all my work time to your project at $65 per hour until your project is done. All other jobs before you are reprioritized and YOU become my Special Deluxe Client until we are done. Travel time applies. Let's talk to put you at the top of the line!

TUTORING at $42 per hour. More Info

Your place or mine. Day or evening hours including Saturdays. Travel time fee applies. Based in Marin, I service the Bay Area and beyond if it's not too beyond. but who knows?

PHOTO RETOUCHING FEE

• $55 per hour - labor and skill intensive. You will receive a high resolution image on disk or email attachment to have it printed. I do not offer printing services. Call for a general estimate.

Please note that many photos can be restored and cleaned up, however, highly damaged images can only be reconstructed to approximations. The final product will always look better than the original. You should be pleased or amazed by the final outcome. Images restored to AS IS condition which means what you get is it. See my billing policy on my time investment.
